Fleetedge fuel is a transportation software tool provided exclusively for customers of Fleetedge Fuel. who have been issued cards authorized under the Fleetedge fuel program. Use of Fleetedge fuel and cards issued under the program signifies acceptance by the user to the terms and conditions established by Fleetedge Fuel. for the Fleetedge fuel program. These same terms and conditions are available to customers upon request.

Fleetedge fuel software is designed to provides users with a self-directed fuel purchase management tool for authorized personnel. Users of Fleetedge fuel assume all responsibility for the authorization and approval of fuel purchases, the inventory of cards, the activation of cards, and the secure maintenance of card inventory. The secure use and inventory of fuel cards, and their associated pin numbers, is the sole and exclusive responsibility of Fleetedge fuel users.

Fleetedge fuel users assume full and exclusive responsibility for ensuring safe & secure access to the Fleetedge fuel program, the maintenance of their card inventory, their associated pin numbers, and the training of their employees to ensure compliance. Users must register a valid e-mail and mobile phone number with Fleetedge Fuel. to allow for e-mail and text message communication with Fleetedge fuel. Users must advise Fleetedge Fuel. immediately of any breach in the secure handling of their cards or access to the Fleetedge fuel portal.

Fleetedge Fuel. is not responsible in any way for disruptions in service or interruptions in the Fleetedge fuel program caused by conditions or technical issues beyond its immediate control. Fleetedge Fuel. reserves the right to cancel this client agreement immediately should the user not demonstrate adherence to the terms of the Fleetedge fuel Client Agreement, or upon failure to meet the credit terms issued by Fleetedge Fuel.
